Deep Processing of Crude Oil for High-Quality Outputs
Crude oil requiring deep processing is preheated and pumped into the reboiler, where it undergoes catalytic heating under atmospheric pressure to distill oil steam. The resulting oil and gas are then directed through the distillation tower to the condenser, where the liquefied portion is transformed into finished oil, while the non-liquefied fraction is routed back to the heating system for combustion.
