What's the fully continuous pyrolysis machine?

The fully continuous pyrolysis equipment can continuously feed, and the oil residue after cracking can be slag discharged without stopping the heating and cooling; The whole process is carried out at the same time while feeding the material and discharging carbon black at the same time, eliminating the need for cooling and slag discharge and other links. Preheating works continuously for more than ten days or even dozens of days. While improving productivity, it reduces the number of preheating times, energy saving and high efficiency.

3. Pyrolysis Reactor

A. Reactor material is Q345R, which is used for manufacture reactor professionally, it has better performance under high temperature working environment than Q245R other manufacturers use. Every steel plate has model no and qualified to use. We control the quality from the raw material.
B. Add a cooling hole design on the furnace shell to accelerate the cooling speed of the equipment, save cooling time.
C. All spiral plates in the reactor are overlapped and fully welded to strengthen the furnace liner and prevent it from being damaged.

4. Furnace

At least 6 syngas burner and 3 oil burner are designed for the furnace to burn more evenly and reduce damage to the furnace liner during heating. First 2-3 hours, heating fuel oil or natural gas, then heat by flammable gas generated in the pyrolysis process. Save more energy.

5. Water Condensor

The water tank is designed with 36 blind plates, and the diameter and quantity of the cooling pipes are enlarged to improve oil and gas cooling. Improve efficiency, increase oil production rate, and reduce on-site workers' maintenance frequency;

6. Water seal and Flame arrester

Two anti backfire designs (water seal and dedicated flame arrester) make the equipment safer and purify the flammable gas, reducing the content of sulfur, particulate matter, nitrogen oxides in the flue gas and the probability of burner blockage;

7. Desulfurization Tower

a: Emission Standard: Adopting special scrubbers to remove acid gas and dust from smoke.
b: Smell during operation: Fully enclosed during the operation.
c: Water pollution: No pollution at all. All water are recycling used, after making the oil cool, then flow into water pool then reused.
d: Air pollution: no air pollution, the waste gas can be discharged into flue gas pool, it's closed.
