The pyrolysis temperature of waste tires, waste plastics and household waste is 200~450℃. The pyrolysis furnace adopts external heating, micro negative pressure and oxygen-poor pyrolysis process operation, and the furnace body is closed to ensure that the gas does not leak out during the production process, improve the thermal cracking efficiency, and fundamentally eliminate the unsafe hidden caused by the gas leakage during the production process suffer from and secondary pollution.
Production Process Flow
The main raw materials of this project are purchased clean waste tires (each one can be cut into 4~5 pieces), waste plastics, and live garbage, which are directly fed into the cracking furnace through manual feeding without cleaning, crushing, steel wire pumping and other pretreatment processes.The feeding section is about 2 hours, and each equipment is fed 10t per day. In the drum, heavy oil(about 2% of the waste tire mass) sinks to the slag oil tank and is stored in the oil storage tank through the oil pump; The gaseous components are piped into the circulating water cooling system. After cooling in the pipeline, the flue gas is divided into liquid and gas, of which the gas is cracked gas, and the liquid is a mixture of light oil and water. The liquid flows into the oil-water separator, separating out the light oil.A small amount of oily wastewater is atomized and injected into the combustion chamber of cracking furnace to be used as fuel.
After 12 hours of cracking, in addition to fuel oil and cracking gas, carbon black and steel wire will be generated in the cracking furnace. After the furnace body stops heating, the project adopts the method of air cooling, and the heat quantity of the outer wall of the furnace body is continuously taken away by the fan. The cooling section lasts about 8 hours. When the furnace body cools to 45~55℃, the operator opens the feed door The wire outlet on the top (1.1m ×1.7m), will be wound together the wire as a whole drag out. Then close the wire outlet, open the carbon black outlet (diameter of about 0.4m), docking with the closed spiral slag extraction machine, carbon black (diameter of about 80~ 100 mesh) directly into the packaging bag after discharge, weighed by the scale after packaging factory.
